I looked out the window of the van and spotted that the park was already abuzz with activity. It was a Saturday afternoon, just after lunch, and the town had set up a cozy little fair. People were milling around at booths buy arts and crafts or playing rigged carnival games while engaging with their neighbors. It was nice and quaint and happy but it was far from what I was after.
The aides I had with me helped me out of the van after parking as close to the fair that they could. Of course their grunts from having to strain their strong bodies caused me to smirk. They may have built their muscles up enough to be able to assist me in moving around but having to tug my huge body out and support me until I got on my feet was another story entirely. I felt them quiver a bit as they tried to keep hold of soft, rolling dough while also shifting my gargantuan legs onto the pavement.
